What if I ordered the wrong size?
Let us know and we can work with you to exchange or order you a new size. Please note that our store has been updated to mark which items are available in ADULT sizes and which are available in YOUTH/CHILD sizes.
Why do you charge for shipping?
We've done extensive research on the prices of spirit gear available from our neighboring elementary, middle and high school PTAs and have kept our gear prices much lower, knowing that there would be a fee for shipping. If you total the price of a shirt or sweater, plus the shipping, you will find that we still come below many of the other gear shops.
Most shirts, for standard shipping will have a $4.50 fee which is also keeping in line with any fees you would pay when ordering from Etsy and other independent sellers. By joining the PTSA you will get additional discounts from time to time, so that will offset some of the shipping costs.
